This session will draw on Dr Allison Ballard’s work as an independent work health and safety consultant and lawyer who specialises in workplace violence, bullying and harassment.

Providing examples from case investigation trends, Allison will share with members insights and learnings from organisational misconduct cases. The session will highlight patterns and trends in complaints of bullying, identify signs leaders can look for to prevent cases escalating, and common pitfalls for HR leaders. Allison will also share some tips to support bullying complaints for best outcomes.
