About the National Psychosocial Safety Network

The National Psychosocial Safety Network is at the forefront of fostering cultures of respect, support, inclusion and belonging by building a community of psychosocial safety expertise that recognises organisations and individuals commitment to keeping their people safe. 

The NPSN is purposed to work with private sector corporations, public agencies, businesses, schools, universities, health systems, providers, service organisations and passionate advocates that are committed to best practice for their people. 

Our approach is to connect organisations, leaders, peak bodies and professionals to evidence-based resources, support and solutions.  

Under the leadership of ex Safe Work Chair Martyn Campbell and Coach Pty Ltd Founder Leanne Drew-McKain, the NPSN is a port in the storm for organisations and leaders in understanding and responding to rapidly unfolding psychosocial safety and psychological safety requirements.
