Emeka Edwin-Nweze is a leading innovator in the community services sector with a passion for cultivating safe, supportive, bullying free workplaces and communities. Experiencing war, starvation and persecution in West Africa in his youth, Emeka says workplace bullying in the military was by far the worst experience of his life. His experiences have fuelled his passion for cultivating safe and inclusive workplaces and community services for all.

This session will draw on Emeka’s experiences, passion and innovative community services leadership to impart principles and insights for safe social participation for culturally and linguistically diverse workers.
