Fostering a psychologically safe school community

Join us for the ‘How We Did It’ session with Dr Phillip Moulds, Rockhampton Grammar School followed by a Community of Practice conversation focussed on the Education sector.

This 1 hour session featuring Rockhampton Grammar School Headmaster Dr Phillip Moulds will focus on practical strategies for embedding psychologically safe school communication practice across staff, students and parents and will be followed with an open discussion in a Community of Practice session.

Dr Moulds will unpack the approach he has taken at Rockhampton Grammar School to become a leading Culture of Excellence School, endorsed by the national Bully Zero Foundation.

Hosted by the Founder and CEO of the National Psychosocial Safety Network, Leanne Drew-McKain, Dr Moulds will share his successes, challenges and learnings and explain the programmatic approach he is taking over a three-year period to keep everyone at school safe.
