A large proportion of CEOs echoes each other’s comments on simplifying industrial relations and applying more workable policies that can make Australia a more competitive place to invest and do business.

In this session, Shehan will challenge the compliance narrative to one that adopts a strengths-based approach to psychosocial risk management.  

Utilising global insights from one of the top 5 insurance brokers in Australia, Shehan will highlight Howden’s best-practice approaches for leaders that recognise regulatory, risk-management and commercial drivers, whilst empowering them to act and initiate change.

Howden has supported Bond University to create a global first, in its “Leadership in Psychosocial Risk Management” online Leadership Course. Shehan will talk about how this is accessible to members of the NPSN as a catalyst for change.
