Building Resilience and Preventing Mental Health Decline at Work (Note time is A.E.S.T)

Jurie Rossouw

More than 300 million people around the world suffer with depression, and 260 million with anxiety. Mental health expenditure is projected to increase to $16 trillion by 2030. Jurie Rossouw says the current reactive approach to mental health has caused the cost of care to spiral out of control with no solution in sight. This session will focus on giving leaders and teams strategies to proactively build mental and physical resilience in staff. Jurie will share new pathways and strategies for innovative preventative health, and the neuroscience that sits behind them.
