Leanne Drew-McKain is re-shaping the way we understand and harness the neuroscience of communication behaviour in organisations. CEO of the National Psychosocial Safety Network, and founder and developer of the successful Class Act Conduct program suite, Leanne is highly regarded for her unique ability to build organisational communication culture and improve communication capabilities in leaders and staff—creating her own coaching brand and suite of culture-change programs that have forged a new and needed place in the business marketplace.
Leanne’s innovative doctoral research into the neuroscience of workplace communication behaviour is contributing to a world-first applied neuroscience-based conceptual framework to help people prevent, eliminate and recover from workplace bullying and psychosocial safety risks. Leanne draws on her background in communication and applied neuroscience to coach and equip leaders to make both personal and systemic workforce change. Her highly regarded workforce and leadership programs have brought relief to more than 75,000 leaders and staff suffering the stressors of workplace incivility.
Leanne has 20 years of experience providing leadership support, program facilitation, executive coaching and strategic communication advice to organisational leaders. Over the past decade Leanne has delivered hundreds workforce and leadership development programs to large and mid-sized organisational clients in Australia and internationally. A talented communication specialist who has steered an array of complex external communication and content projects for government and private sectors, Leanne is well-versed in shaping internal organisational and external communication strategy within complex organisational and policy contexts.
