Webinar - Domestic & Family Violence and the Workplace - Are We Ready to Respond?

$390.00

A Domestic & Family Violence (DFV) disclosure may happen in a single conversation, but the workplace implications can be complex and ongoing. This practical session explores how workplaces can respond to disclosures, understand DFV-related risk and consider what needs to be in place before a serious situation arises.

  • Receiving and responding to DFV disclosures safely and sensitively

  • Practical resources and tools to support employees experiencing DFV and their colleagues

  • Understanding DFV risk and what organisations should prepare for when risk intersects with the workplace

  • Recognising the limits of the workplace role and when specialist support may be needed
