Webinar - High-performing teams don’t happen by chance

Dr Stephen Brown says ‘the dynamic of people is at the heart of leadership.’

High-performing teams don’t happen by chance, they are constantly and systemically developed by leaders in partnership with their workforce.

This session by national education leaders Stephen Brown and Andrew Fuller is designed to help organisational leaders to maximise the potential, capability and performance of their teams by taking both a relational and systems approach.

It will feature insights from their new book Building Positive School Cultures: Connected, Protected and Respected-CPR.

Time Zone change - Our Head office is in Brisbane so we have used AEST as our default time zone. Many of our members are based in NSW and VIC so we have now moved to AEDT. QLD this session is 1 hr earlier, SA 1.5 hrs earlier and WA 3 hrs.
