Christin Tan

Christin Tan is a psychology practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience in sectors including banking and financial services, logistics, high-performing education and sports, non-profit and government. As a growth-focused organisational psychologist, she brings her expertise in improving organisational and workforce design to increase staff wellbeing, productivity and psychosocial safety.

Her personable, inquisitive and creative disposition and authenticity has found favour with many business leaders across Asia-Pacific, where she helps organisations steer talent and leadership development and sustainable organisational change. She is also responsible for bespoke program development, and sourcing and recruiting subject matter experts to support the learning and development needs of clients in the region.

Christin drew on her early challenging life story to become trained as a counsellor (MEd Counselling) and in her early career helped many troubled teens transit successfully into adulthood. Today, she continues to use Coaching Psychology and Industrial-Organisational Psychology to help those who help others, and is actively involved in Social Technopreneurship and fourth sector work in Asia.

Christin is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a full member with the International Society of Coaching Psychology and Singapore Psychological Society, and a qualified facilitator with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Graduated with an MBA (Entrepreneurial Management), MSc (Occupational Psychology), and book author to ‘Entrepreneurial Personality for a Sustainable Competitive Advantage’, Christin applies theoretical organisational neuroscience and organisational psychology to help organisations design and implement workforce strategies for psychosocial safety and sustainable growth
